The Iclandic Goverment , has decided to withdraw its discussions about joining the Europian Union. The Goverment had promised before the Parliament Election last year , that any decision about this matter , would be put to a nationa refferendum , but now they have decided to not put it to a refferendum , and just stop any discussion with the Europian Union . That is why people in Iceland protested yesterday and today in front of Parliament. Made lots of noise , and want the Goverment to keep their promise.
